This collection of linoleum cut block prints was borne from my home renovation project and need to fill my walls with playful, colorful, whimsical artwork. They were truly a joy to make! Block printing is a trade that originated in China and is one of the oldest printing methods. It was the primary method of printing books and images in East Asia until the 19th century. Because each design is lovingly hand mixed, carved, and stamped, each print is completely unique. Imperfections and variations are expected and a reflection of this cherished process. Please note that the color may differ from that of your phone or computer screen. 

When it comes to displaying these treasures, I love seeing them in a grid of four, six, or nine, or in a row of 2, 3, or 4 on a wall. These also look lovely on an accent table or nightstand. The actual artwork size is 8x8". To best showcase the fine details of these paintings and protect it once framed, I have backed and matted them. They will fit a 12x12" frame. You may have yours framed however you wish (I have a framing and hanging guide here).
